Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic implementation programs for major retail customers
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Product, Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Success
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, risks and governance
• Drive customer adoption and business transformation
• Ensure successful delivery while identifying opportunities for future growth
• Continuously improve program management best practices across the organization

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Customer Delivery or Consulting
• Experience delivering complex enterprise customer programs
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience working in international, cross-functional environments
• Strong leadership, planning and risk management capabilities
• Commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Technology, SaaS, IoT or Digital Transformation
• PMP, PgMP, Prince2 or Agile certification
