Program Manager, Vendor Operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day vendor operations, monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics
• Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular business reviews
• Act as an escalation point for time-sensitive ad review issues affecting Sales and advertisers
• Translate policy guidelines into clear enforcement checks and training documentation
• Refine and optimize vendor workflows to drive efficiency at scale
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Ads Policy, and Engineering teams
• Surface actionable insights to leadership regarding operational trends and patterns

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an operations role, preferably in advertising or tech
• Experience managing vendor operations teams supporting ad review or sales
• Proven track record in standardizing and optimizing internal processes
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in fast-paced environments
