Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data and cloud transformation programs
• Translate business objectives into structured delivery plans with clear milestones
• Align multidisciplinary teams including data, cloud, governance, QA, and DevOps
• Manage program health, including scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Implement robust governance frameworks, including RAID logs and executive committees
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
• Mentor project managers and continuously improve project management standards

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of senior program or project management experience in a consulting or enterprise environment
• Mastery of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery models
• Expertise in planning, scope management, budgeting, and risk mitigation
• Proven experience in client relationship management
• Experience working with distributed global teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud migration and modernization programs
• Proven track record managing complex digital, data, or cloud transformations
• Proficiency in French
