Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support academic and co-curricular programs for the Music Education and Keyboard Divisions
• Manage budgets, prepare contracts, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial reports
• Analyze enrollment and student data to compile statistics and prepare reports
• Coordinate divisional events such as recitals, workshops, and other initiatives
• Act as a primary liaison between students, faculty, alumni, and external community organizations
• Develop and implement strategies for student recruitment and program outreach
• Prepare and distribute communications, including newsletters and outreach materials
• Monitor program objectives and develop action steps for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Three years of program coordination experience
• Alternatively, seven years of relevant work experience and/or specialized training in lieu of a degree
