Program Manager, Ultra Fast Delivery, Launch and Expansion

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all launch activities for new Quick Commerce (QC) sites, from facility configuration to Day 1 operational start.
• Manage readiness status for successful launches, including monitoring training compliance, safety requirements, and operational fill rates.
• Oversee on-site construction progress, equipment handover, and configuration testing to ensure all prerequisites are met for safe operations.
• Manage multiple site launches in parallel, balancing speed, cost efficiency, and launch quality to achieve network buildout goals.
• Drive projects forward by identifying and removing blockers and performing appropriate escalations to leadership.
• Standardize launch processes to ensure reproducibility and scalability for future network expansion.
• Report launch progress and key management metrics regularly to the leadership team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data-driven insights to determine improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
• Experience building scalable processes, project management frameworks, and complex schedules.
