Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of large-scale, complex programs and cross-functional teams for premium clients
• Provide overall leadership and support to one or more project teams throughout the program life cycle
• Act as the primary contact for program-related activities, issues, and risks, implementing corrective measures as needed
• Interface with C-Suite Executives, Business Unit Leaders, and Finance to develop ROI, IRR, and other financial measures
• Manage program budgets, financial performance, and resource utilization across projects
• Define program governance and controls while coordinating project interdependencies
• Partner with purchasing to develop POs and manage supplier and vendor relationships
• Manage stakeholder communications and may oversee the performance of direct reports

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience running large-scale, distributed, or complex projects
• Bachelor's degree required (Advanced degree such as an MBA or Master's in IT/CS preferred)
• Proven experience with stakeholder management and reporting to Executive-level leadership
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience developing business cases for capital investments
• Demonstrated ability to lead integrated teams across multiple sites and geographical locations

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP and/or Agile certifications
• Experience with RFI/RFP development and scoring mechanisms
• Experience in Organizational Change Management
