Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation of large-scale, complex programs and multiple parallel workstreams
• Provide overall leadership and support to project teams, managing risks, issues, and corrective actions
• Interface with C-Suite Executives, Business Unit Leaders, and Finance to develop ROI, IRR, and other financial measures
• Define program governance and controls while monitoring progress throughout the program life cycle
• Manage the program budget, financial performance, and resource utilization across projects
• Coordinate project interdependencies and manage stakeholder communications
• Partner with purchasing to develop POs and manage supplier and vendor relationships

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience running large-scale, distributed, and complex programs
• Bachelor's degree required (Advanced degree such as MBA or MS in IT/Computer Science preferred)
• Proven experience with large-scale distributed projects and cross-geographical coordination
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience developing business cases for capital investments
• Experience in Organizational Change Management

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP and/or Agile certifications
• Experience developing RFI/RFP and scoring mechanisms
