Program Manager - Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern enterprise transformation programs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Drive cross-functional collaboration among business, technology, and executive stakeholders
• Establish program governance, reporting, risk management, and performance tracking
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and organizational efficiency
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainable transformation outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in program management or enterprise transformation
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant advanced degree
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications
