Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive the success of major programs and key business decisions
• Manage operational relationships with external partners to improve performance in collaboration with Strategic Alliances
• Develop detailed program plans, scope requirements, and identify inefficiencies to drive operational excellence
• Drive implementation of large-scale, high-impact programs within the FinTech business
• Support the partner incident management lifecycle, including customer reimbursement processes
• Leverage AI to increase the efficiency of existing operational processes and design frameworks for new initiatives

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, or high-growth technology companies (product operations, program management, etc.)
• Proven experience within the fintech space, specifically in payments
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence diverse stakeholders
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment
• Must be comfortable working with a US-based team in the Eastern Timezone (EST)

• Experience working within the U.S. FinTech space
