Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, quality, and program support to automotive customers as a direct representative of The NARMCO Group.
• Act as the primary point of communication for establishing recommendations, strategies, and problem-solving regarding customer requirements.
• Manage all assigned programs throughout their product lifecycle, from initial prototype and tooling to production launch and PPQR signoff.
• Provide product design and process engineering support and guidance to ensure customer needs are met.
• Manage prototype and pre-production requirements to ensure timing and quality standards are achieved for all deliverables.
• Oversee Customer PPAP approvals and submissions, including presence at 106-piece and 300-piece runs for product approval.
• Maintain detailed documentation on tooling progress and program timing from concept through conclusion.
• Review and approve Product Change Request Forms (PCRs) and manage entries within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

Requirements

• University or College degree with an emphasis in Engineering or Quality.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the stamping and assembly industry.
• Strong understanding of technical aspects of the stamping business and industry quality standards (such as QS and ISO).
• Proficiency in office applications and computer literacy.
• Excellent management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within Canada, the USA, and Mexico as required.
