Program Manager, Technology Capital Builds

Responsibilities

• Execute Technology Capital Builds by aligning Real Estate, Corporate IT, and Corporate Security teams
• Design and deliver technical solutions for office buildouts, industrial labs, datacenters, and secured facilities
• Manage low voltage, ISP connectivity, network infrastructure, AV, and physical security scopes
• Coordinate with construction partners and vendors to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
• Establish standards, drawing packages, and specifications for global portfolio consistency
• Manage procurement, budgets, and vendor investments across the portfolio
• Mitigate delivery risks and ensure systems are commissioned and transitioned to support teams

Requirements

• Strong project and program management capabilities
• Knowledge of architectural design processes (schematic design, design development, construction documents)
• Knowledge of commercial real estate construction processes
• Experience in vendor management including RFP, bidding, and performance management
• Understanding of mechanical power, cooling systems, and capacity planning
• Ability to read construction and engineering plan drawings
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
