Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage project scoping, estimation, scheduling, and risk management
• Interface with teams and clients to ensure project success
• Implement relevant SDLC activities and manage project life cycle activities
• Handle ambiguity and manage diverse stakeholders
• Manage technology and performance engineering
• Oversee knowledge management, quality, and compliance tracking

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in Project management
• At least 7 years of experience in software development life cycle (SDLC)
• At least 7 years of experience in project life cycle activities for development and maintenance
• At least 7 years of experience in client engagement and people management
• At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology
• Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principles
• Basic domain knowledge in the Retail domain
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience working in a global delivery environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
