Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Risk & Governance

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, development, and delivery of Talent Acquisition initiatives to ensure strong risk management and governance.
• Identify and mitigate candidate and process-related risks within recruitment, pre-employment screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain focus on cyber security, AI governance, and monitoring across all Talent Acquisition partner and supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design tools, training programs, and communication plans.
• Lead change management activities, including readiness assessments, stakeholder management, and execution.
• Analyze data and metrics to provide insights, regular reporting, and dashboards to inform decision-making.
• Manage program budgets and track actual spend against planned allocations.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in program management, risk, or talent acquisition.
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep expertise in risk management and governance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience in change management and strategic problem-solving.
• In-depth verbal and written communication skills.
