Program Manager

About the Company

Swoop Technologies has a mission to organize and make accessible the world’s military and critical infrastructure. We are building a distributed operating system, SwoopOS, that decomposes the world’s equipment into a distributed robotic embodiment upon which a new generation of distributed systems, autonomous systems, and agentic AI can be built and deployed.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs and lead the execution of product delivery and implementation
• Buffer the team from customer politics and manage travel and logistics
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Engineering, Deployment, Ops, Support, and Revenue
• Participate in early customer engagements to shape missions and delivery impact
• Manage and lead tabletop exercises prior to deployments and lead hotwashes after deployments
• Allocate resources for measurable effect and communicate resource needs

Requirements

• 10-15 years of military or intelligence experience in a leadership role (O3-O6 preferred)
• Past experience leading a unit or squadron through a deployment cycle
• Active US security clearance (or lapsed within the last 2 years)
• Bachelor's degree in a problem-solving or critical thinking discipline
• Ability and interest to travel up to 50%+
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Passion for technology and problem-solving
