Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a strategic enterprise program for a public-sector client in Doha, controlling scope, change control, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Partner with consulting teams, internal leaders, and regional departments to coordinate and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Ensure the program remains effective, running individual projects according to schedule and within budget.
• Develop and maintain durable, trusted relationships with key client and internal stakeholders and executives.
• Manage client service expectations and drive successful, measurable outcomes.
• Provide weekly project status and burn reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Sprinklr platform to develop realistic project plans and high-level solutions.

Requirements

• Experience managing enterprise SaaS programs for government, public-sector, or highly regulated clients.
• Proven ability to operate directly from a client site and manage daily executive interactions.
• Extensive experience in client management and collaborating with business owners.
• Background managing projects within IT, SaaS, Social, or Software environments.
• Experience working with multi-geo, multicultural delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and web technologies.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or SCRUM).
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience delivering programs in Qatar or the wider GCC region.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
