Program Manager, Specialized Programs

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational needs and service delivery requirements for specialized programs
• Act as the primary point of contact for program-related enquiries from students and stakeholders
• Manage the planning and logistical execution of extra-curricular, orientation, and in-program events
• Advise students on academic and financial matters, considering individual backgrounds and circumstances
• Coordinate the preparation, distribution, and updating of program materials and student communications
• Analyze service delivery and internal processes to recommend and implement improvements
• Support faculty members by assembling course materials and assisting with classroom experience management

Requirements

• Minimum four years of related administrative experience in planning and managing programs
• Demonstrated experience in supporting curriculum planning and academic program delivery
• Experience with online learning tools and event management
• Sound knowledge of best practices in student services and academic advising
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and high-pressure environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to speak in large group settings
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and various computer software products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a university setting, specifically with graduate students
• Proficiency with educational and collaboration tools such as Quercus, MS Teams, and Zoom
