Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of partner project plans, ensuring seamless transitions from kickoff to graduation
• Maintain precise reporting for progress metrics, including partner learner details and overall project status
• Uphold data integrity by ensuring all key programmatic steps are documented correctly within tracking systems
• Facilitate bi-weekly meeting cadences with partner teams and coordinate internal sessions required for sprint completion
• Provide detailed weekly status reports to Program Leadership to ensure visibility into the project pipeline
• Create "Partner Baseball Cards" for graduating partners to capture and retain institutional knowledge
• Perform comprehensive audits of learning content for sprint templates to ensure accessibility

Requirements

• 10+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end program delivery, balancing scope, timeline, budget, and quality
• Strong experience operating in Agile environments, including facilitating sprint ceremonies
• Executive presence and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Expertise in stakeholder management and navigating competing priorities
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and break down complex initiatives into actionable plans
