Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end operational management of large-scale upskilling programs across multiple tracks.
• Manage day-to-day program operations, including schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors, providing them with necessary resources and updates.
• Coordinate registration and intake processes to ensure a smooth transition from enrollment to onboarding.
• Monitor and report on key program KPIs such as attendance, engagement, completion rates, and learner satisfaction.
• Deliver weekly update reports to stakeholders, surfacing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or operations, ideally within education or workforce development.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, spreadsheets, and communication tools like Discord and Google Workspace.
• Strong data literacy with the ability to track KPIs and translate raw data into actionable reports.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to anticipate and escalate risks such as scheduling conflicts or learner attrition.

Preferred Qualifications

• A diploma or degree in education, business, project management, or a related field.
• Prior experience working specifically with adult learners or in upskilling/reskilling environments.
