Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for assigned programs to align with organizational goals.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, IT, operations, and supplier teams.
• Identify, document, and streamline design processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of new automation platforms.
• Lead change management initiatives, including user onboarding, training, and communication.
• Manage relationships with external suppliers and vendors, including contract negotiation and deliverable monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or business management.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, specifically within PLM, design automation, or engineering systems.
• Strong knowledge of automation platforms, process optimization, and digital transformation.
• Proven expertise in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing suppliers and external partners in complex technical environments.

• Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities.
• Experience establishing frameworks for monitoring progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
