Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between customers and the company
• Manage the full program lifecycle from contract acceptance to delivery
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and finance
• Develop and maintain program schedules
• Track and report program status to customers
• Work with customers on improving supplier score cards
• Support estimating with proposal development
• Manage change orders and scope adjustments
• Foster long-term customer relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or 10+ years industry experience)
• Minimum 5 years of program management experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of wire harness/cable assembly manufacturing processes and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems
• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards and aerospace electrical requirements
• Previous experience handling multiple customer accounts simultaneously
• PMP certification
