About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central coordination point between Global Programs and cross-functional Seller External Relations (SER) teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Coordinate the execution of business reporting, including QBRs, monthly goals, and flashes.
- Support and implement "Sellers in Your Community" (SIYC) engagement strategies with external organizations.
- Create, optimize, and drive adoption of critical mechanisms required for long-term program expansion and success.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make strategic tradeoffs between business needs and operational constraints.
- Partner with Public Policy, Public Relations, marketing, and legal teams to design and accelerate programs that amplify seller success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Ability to travel to local sites up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
- Experience building processes, project management frameworks, and schedules.
