About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central coordination point between Global Programs and cross-functional Seller External Relations (SER) teams to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Coordinate the execution of business reporting, including QBRs, monthly goals, and flashes.
  • Support and implement "Sellers in Your Community" (SIYC) engagement strategies with external organizations.
  • Create, optimize, and drive adoption of critical mechanisms required for long-term program expansion and success.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and make strategic tradeoffs between business needs and operational constraints.
  • Partner with Public Policy, Public Relations, marketing, and legal teams to design and accelerate programs that amplify seller success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to travel to local sites up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at various levels of an organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management frameworks, and schedules.
