Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Delivery of program to schedule, cost, quality and performance parameters
• Primary interface with customer community, vendors, and internal personnel
• Motivate and provide leadership for broader program team
• Manage interdepartmental requirements and resources across matrixed engineering departments
• Create and maintain baseline schedules, changes logs, scope and costs
• Develop and implement proactive risk management process
• Lead cross functional efforts for major program gate reviews
• Organize and manage change control process
• Manage projects requiring Earned Value Management in Cost Plus and Firm Fixed environments

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent
• 5-12 years of experience
• US Citizenship required
• Experience leading teams on coordinated technical efforts

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• Prior Subcontract management experience
