About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the local execution of the SAP S/4HANA rollout within manufacturing operations.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Global Rollout Team and local business functions.
- Coordinate local rollout activities, including resources, key users, data stewards, and change agents.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure objectives are met.
- Lead change management and user engagement activities to promote system adoption.
- Support MES implementation by performing master data assessments and coordinating ERP integration requirements.
- Drive post-Go-Live stabilization, lessons learned sessions, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in ERP implementations or large-scale project management.
- Proven experience leading or participating in SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects within manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, master data management, and supply chain processes.
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and ERP-MES integration concepts.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Activate, or Agile.
- Knowledge of Siemens Energy processes and organizational structures.
