Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution from ideation through launch and iteration
• Facilitate regular syncs with product, engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, roadmaps, and resource plans
• Monitor performance metrics and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Provide program status updates via dashboards, reports, and presentations
• Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements
• Lead cross-functional launch planning and establish post-launch feedback loops

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in program or product management
• Proven track record of managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with product development tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
