About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding strategy for specific MCAPS roles to accelerate readiness and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with business leaders and enablement teams to design role-relevant, scalable, and measurable onboarding experiences.
  • Curate and adapt curriculum using virtual modalities and agentic-first learning strategies.
  • Leverage automation and AI agentic experiences to streamline workflows and personalize learning journeys.
  • Build strong relationships with Sales Managers, Segment Leads, and Learning Strategy Owners to drive adoption.
  • Use learner experience metrics and business KPIs to inform program evolution and demonstrate value.
  • Navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in learning and development (L&D), program management, or relevant technical/business roles.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive complex initiatives.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated change leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management and Stakeholder Leadership, specifically leading complex onboarding or sales readiness programs.
  • Experience implementing automation and AI agentic learning solutions.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Effective communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling motions and MCAPS solution areas.
  • Experience designing measurement systems that connect skill-building to business KPIs.
