About the role
Responsibilities
- Align SabPaisa's product offerings with merchant requirements
- Coordinate with Product, Tech, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams for merchant activation
- Drive process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchant-side transaction queries
- Resolve transaction failures, reconciliation issues, and escalations
- Conduct training sessions and develop SOPs for merchant POCs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Program Management, Merchant Services, or a similar role
- Academic background from Tier 1 Institutes (B.Tech/MBA – IITs/IIMs/XLRI/MDI)
- Strong problem-solving skills using a first-principles approach
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive execution within timelines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
