Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution across all SOW task areas
• Manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk at the program level
• Oversee PMRs, reporting, and contract deliverables
• Ensure compliance with DoD/Navy policies and contractual requirements
• Direct workforce planning, staffing, and performance management
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and senior leadership
• Drive strategic planning, continuous improvement, and mission success

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in program/project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience managing or supporting complex IT or engineering programs
• Knowledge of project management principles (cost, schedule, risk)
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or DAWIA PM
• Eligibility to obtain Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD or Navy programs
• Familiarity with EVM and program reporting
• Experience with MS Project, Excel, or Power BI
