Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program governance, including PMO structure, reporting cadences, and integrated program plans across RPA, Generative AI, and Data Science workstreams.
• Manage program risks, issues, and changes by maintaining the RAID log and enforcing formal change control processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted relationships with business sponsors and technology executives.
• Oversee resource planning and capacity management, ensuring the right technical skills are available across distributed teams.
• Manage program budgets, tracking actuals against forecasts, managing contingency, and supporting commercial activities like SOW management.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic ambitions into disciplined, measurable delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement by establishing program KPIs/OKRs and leading retrospectives to build reusable delivery assets.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project or program management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale digital transformation, Automation, or AI/ML programs.
• Proven experience managing enterprise Financial Services engagements within a consulting or system integrator environment.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML delivery lifecycles, including model development, MLOps, and LLM integration.
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency with delivery tools including JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Experience managing program financials, including budget ownership and P&L tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
• Agile certifications such as SAFe SP or CSM.
• Prior experience managing Generative AI or agentic automation programs in a client-facing context.
• Experience managing distributed offshore-onshore delivery teams across multiple time zones.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
