About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for the Retail Credit Notes Re-engineering initiative to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to define program requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining detailed project plans and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
- Conduct data analysis to identify root causes, measure program impact, and provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Drive the migration from legacy tools to modern platforms while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Champion process simplification and automation, leveraging AI tools and internal systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Influence stakeholders at all levels to drive organizational change and improve documentation such as BRDs and PRDs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, system usage guides, and training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Proven experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to drive improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage, analyze, and communicate results to senior leadership.
- Exceptional discipline in meeting deadlines while managing multiple high-priority projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with process simplification and AI-driven automation solutions.
- Familiarity with Amazon-internal AI tools and systems.
- Experience supporting migration from legacy tools to modern platforms.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Order-to-Cash, or Shared Services operations.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation with AI and prompt structuring.
- MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution (e.g., IIM/IIT).
