Program Manager Retail

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for the Retail Credit Notes Re-engineering initiative to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to define program requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining detailed project plans and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
• Conduct data analysis to identify root causes, measure program impact, and provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Drive the migration from legacy tools to modern platforms while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Champion process simplification and automation, leveraging AI tools and internal systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels to drive organizational change and improve documentation such as BRDs and PRDs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, system usage guides, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to drive improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage, analyze, and communicate results to senior leadership.
• Exceptional discipline in meeting deadlines while managing multiple high-priority projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process simplification and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Familiarity with Amazon-internal AI tools and systems.
• Experience supporting migration from legacy tools to modern platforms.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Order-to-Cash, or Shared Services operations.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation with AI and prompt structuring.
• MBA in Finance from a top-tier institution (e.g., IIM/IIT).
