Program Manager - Rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary staff
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centered, trauma-informed care
• Hold staff accountable for service hours, performance metrics, and documentation
• Support staff development through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations
• Coordinate daily operations, staff scheduling, and service delivery
• Oversee financial planning, budget management, and forecasting
• Lead innovation in program design and service delivery

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
• LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist (required or obtained within 6 months)
• Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) certification
• Minimum 4 years of clinical services experience
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory and management experience
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse management and resource acquisition experience
• Ability to become forklift and warehouse equipment certified
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear steel-toed boots

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with program development, budget oversight, and grant funding
• Expertise in a "Fee for Service" model
