Program Manager, Regulatory Remediation and Transformation

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution of assigned reporting and remediation deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness.
• Coordinate across business units, data analytics teams, and technology partners to identify and close data and process gaps.
• Provide project management support for automation initiatives, including Advances Indent automation in RegInsight.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, controls, and evidence for internal and external regulatory and audit reviews.
• Support stakeholder engagement, regulatory interactions, and executive briefings as directed by senior leadership.
• Maintain a working understanding of key RBI reports and their relevance within the regulatory landscape.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Demonstrated involvement in regulatory reporting, remediation projects, or project management.
• Proven analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities with a detail-oriented approach.
• Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional teams in complex regulatory environments.
• Foundational knowledge of data governance principles and RBI reporting requirements.
• Strong project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables.
