Program Manager - Rebates & Incentives

Responsibilities

• Own Jetson’s rebate and incentive strategy across all markets, including qualification, applications, renewals, compliance, and reporting
• Research and map utility, state, and federal incentives for proposed new markets
• Manage optimization of submission and processing workflows for the Customer Success Team
• Develop scalable SOPs for Sales and Customer Success teams
• Build relationships with Government, Vendors, Facilitators, and Technology providers
• Partner with Product to shape digital experience and automation for rebate eligibility
• Support new product launches by managing applicable incentives and approvals
• Track program updates, compliance requirements, and regulatory changes
• Build dashboards to monitor rebate performance and financial impact
• Serve as the subject matter expert on rebates for Expansion and Business Development strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Policy, Environmental Studies, or a related field
• 5+ years in program management, operations, utilities/energy programs, or government incentives
• Experience in compliance-heavy or regulated environments
• Strong analytical skills to interpret program requirements and eligibility rules
• Proven ability to build scalable processes and documentation
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
