Program Manager, Quality

Responsibilities

• Own quality programs for designated accounts or projects in various human data domains
• Own outcomes end to end for quality programs from brainstorming to final delivery of audit results
• Develop technical solutions to auto-evaluate quality of datasets using LLMs, databases, and scripting
• Devise systems to evaluate auditor and human data talent performance
• Report on quality through regular monitoring of performance metrics and KPIs
• Develop and present leadership-facing reports to inform company operations and strategy
• Help hire, maintain, and coach a 30+ auditor workforce

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience owning high-impact technical and operational outcomes
• Experience building systems from scratch in high-urgency environments
• Strong communication skills across leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to develop scalable solutions to difficult operational problems
• Robust project management experience with a focus on ruthless prioritization
• Data-first approach to problem-solving with qualitative and quantitative analytical ability

Preferred Qualifications

• STEM background
• Experience with LLMs, databases, and scripting
• Experience developing and growing a 30+ distributed workforce
• Professional experience at a high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environment
