Program Manager, Procurement Center of Excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional procurement transformation programs spanning Strategic Sourcing, P2P, T&E, and Risk.
• Develop and maintain the Procurement transformation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives against strategic business objectives.
• Translate business needs into scalable requirements, designing processes, workflows, and controls.
• Drive quarterly planning and execution, maintaining visibility into milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Contribute directly to project delivery, including requirements gathering, testing coordination, and rollout planning.
• Lead governance and operating rhythms, including project reviews, leadership updates, and status reporting.
• Define success metrics and leverage data to evaluate adoption and operational performance.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in project/program management, business operations, or procurement operations.
• Proven expertise in process transformation and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, finance, or operational workflows.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Zip, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in strategic sourcing or consulting.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to design and scale business systems.
• Background in change management, training, and organizational adoption efforts.
• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI and automation to improve business outcomes.
