Program Manager, Pharma

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leads to develop and track schedules, milestones, and critical path activities
• Establish program objectives, define scope, and ensure alignment with departmental strategy
• Manage project deliverables to meet quality, cost, and schedule expectations
• Partner with technical leads to identify, manage, and mitigate program risks and issues
• Allocate resources and control costs to ensure efficient use of personnel and materials
• Communicate project status via SmartSheet, reports, and dashboards
• Serve as the operational liaison to CDMOs, CROs, and contract testing laboratories

Requirements

• 2+ years of program management experience
• 6+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
• B.S. or M.S. in life sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and highly organized

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• 3+ years of program management experience with PMP or PgMP certification
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex programs simultaneously
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Extensive experience with MS Project and/or SmartSheet
