Program Manager, People Strategy

Responsibilities

• Maintain an integrated view of the People strategy portfolio, including priorities, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Track progress against strategy commitments and provide clear, accurate executive reporting.
• Develop concise, executive-level materials including strategy presentations and decision support content.
• Synthesize inputs across teams to identify gaps, overlaps, and misalignment across initiatives.
• Partner with Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in strategy, program management, consulting, or related roles.
• Proven experience driving alignment across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Strong executive-level communication skills with the ability to create concise materials.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to synthesize complex information.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR, People strategy, or talent-related work.
• Prior experience working in the semiconductor or technology industry.
