Program Manager - People Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding
• Build and maintain documentation systems, process workflows, and program frameworks that scale with company growth
• Design, implement, and scale employee programs to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across teams
• Own HR policy development, interpretation, and compliance with labor and employment law requirements
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Engineering teams to align people programs with business objectives
• Analyze people operations data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for program improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR generalist, or people program management roles
• Strong program management background with the ability to design and optimize processes
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and communicating outcomes across all levels
• Solid understanding of HR policies, labor and employment law, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly in automotive or autonomous vehicle industries
• Direct involvement in scaling startups from early-stage to larger organizational structures
• Experience with HRIS systems and people analytics tools
• Background in change management or organizational development
• Experience working with large datasets
