Program Manager - People Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding
• Build and maintain documentation systems, process workflows, and program frameworks
• Design, implement, and scale employee programs across teams and locations
• Own HR policy development, interpretation, and compliance with labor and employment laws
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Engineering teams
• Analyze people operations data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR generalist, or people program management
• Strong program management background with process optimization skills
• Solid understanding of HR policies, labor and employment law, and compliance
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data for decision-making
• Proven track record of building scalable processes and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly in automotive or autonomous vehicle industries
• Experience scaling startups from early-stage to larger structures
• Experience with HRIS systems and people analytics tools
• Background in change management or organizational development
• Experience working with large datasets
