Program Manager, Outreach & Audiences, APAC

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of Academy and Forum programming aligned with global and regional policy goals
• Coordinate virtual and in-person events, workshops, and discussions across APAC
• Manage timelines, guest communications, vendors, travel, and follow-ups for regional activations
• Track KPIs, participant feedback, and performance metrics
• Brainstorm session topics, regional speakers, and narrative formats tailored to APAC audiences
• Support development of written materials such as discussion guides and course outlines
• Support outreach to educators, nonprofits, industry groups, and public-sector stakeholders
• Work with design and communications teams to amplify content via social media and public events

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading or coordinating high-impact programs across different countries or regions
• Background in program or project management in content, education, policy, or public engagement
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., Descript, Final Cut)
• Strong writing and editing skills for international audiences
• Experience organizing events or workshops
• Proficiency with tools like Notion, Descript, Final Cut, or Figma
