Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across significant client portfolios, including estimation, timelines, and governance
• Lead and coach a team of Project Managers to ensure delivery quality and empowerment
• Maintain program visibility by managing milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Manage commercial health, including budget tracking, scope changes, and margin risk
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business efforts
• Act as a senior delivery contact and client partner
• Integrate AI tools like Claude into delivery workflows to improve capability

Requirements

• 8+ years in digital delivery, preferably in an agency environment
• Experience managing multi-program portfolios with commercial responsibility
• Strong commercial instincts regarding margins, forecasting, and scope management
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop people
• Systems thinking skills to build scalable frameworks
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
• Proficiency and curiosity regarding AI tools
