About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own milestone planning and attainment, including building integrated program plans and tracking execution, resources, and spend.
  • Apply project management best practices regarding scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change control to lead programs from concept to closure.
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards and management reports to align Engineering and suppliers on throughput, yield targets, and qualification requests.
  • Drive planning rigor by maintaining clean data, auditing assumptions, and ensuring all commitments are met on time.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and scalable tools to strengthen the capacity footprint and improve decision-making visibility.
  • Proactively surface risks and develop mitigation options, driving closure through the full project lifecycle.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify gaps early and manage timely escalations when program health is at risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience in the semiconductor or optics field.
  • Background working with manufacturing partners such as OSATs, foundries, or substrate manufacturers.
  • Experience in matrix management or horizontal leadership.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment in complex, dynamic ecosystems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
