Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Accountable for achieving project targets including quality, profitability, timing, and risk management.
• Manage the core project team in a collaborative mode to achieve defined objectives.
• Establish and manage project budgets, including development, tooling, and expense optimization.
• Set project planning, anticipate deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate product and process design to meet target costs and profitability goals.
• Interface with customers to ensure effective communication and information flow between the customer and the plant.
• Monitor projects after the start of production to manage productivity and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• Master of Engineering or Master of Business degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Automotive, Engineering, or Electronics industries.
• Proven experience working on projects within a matrix organization.
• Fluent in English at a business level.
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with a rigorous and autonomous work style.
