Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver project objectives, deliverables, and profitability for the Exterior & Lighting Business Group.
• Oversee the complete development budget, cash flow, and investment costs for assigned projects.
• Lead cross-functional core teams to ensure a non-event launch into production.
• Act as the primary accountable representative for the project in all customer interactions.
• Identify, prioritize, and manage project risks, threats, and opportunities throughout all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality requirements, and automotive global standards.
• Monitor project progress against the master timing plan and manage scope changes.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or Business.
• 8-12 years of experience in the automotive industry (commercial, industrial, or engineering background).
• Strong knowledge of IATF16949 and customer-specific automotive requirements.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to federate cross-departmental teams.
• High level of rigor and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
