Program Manager & Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Coordinate software development projects across multiple programs within the RAID portfolio
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and track program execution
• Prepare technical reports, status briefings, and deliverables for sponsors and internal reviews
• Manage program budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation
• Track and manage program risks, issues, and action items
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, leadership, and customers
• Lead proposal development efforts including technical approach and scheduling
• Coordinate staff planning and collaborate with operations teams (contracts, finance, security, IT)
• Support approximately 20% travel for customer meetings and program reviews

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret)
• U.S. citizenship required
• BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
• 2-7+ years of relevant program management experience depending on degree
• Experience managing projects where software is a key component
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedules and government reporting
• Experience with budget management and risk management

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, or Confluence
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• PMP, DAWIA, or similar program management certification
• Technical understanding of RF signal processing systems
