Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Early Access operating model for ChatGPT for Work, acting as the connective layer between product development and enterprise customer feedback.
• Serve as the technical DRI for select early access features, representing product capabilities and constraints to enterprise customers.
• Engage directly with business customers to translate workflows and adoption barriers into structured product insights.
• Drive scaled testing to produce clear signals on product-market fit, quality, and hero use cases to inform launch decisions.
• Partner with GTM, Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal teams to translate learnings into positioning, enablement materials, and rollout guidance.
• Own the end-to-end Early Access lifecycle, including intake, customer selection, readiness gates, and post-program synthesis.
• Establish metrics and reporting systems to reflect program impact and enable continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or technical operations within a B2B SaaS or platform environment.
• Strong AI fluency and the ability to use AI-driven workflows to scale impact.
• Proven experience serving as a technical DRI in customer-facing settings.
• Experience designing and operating structured early access, alpha, or staged rollout programs.
• Ability to demonstrate strong cross-functional influence across Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM teams.
• Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS readiness, including security, compliance, and deployment posture.
