Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned product lines to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and financial performance (P&L).
• Drive execution across cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations.
• Actively manage and enforce schedules, identifying risks early and driving mitigation plans to closure.
• Lead daily and weekly execution rhythms, such as escalation calls and status updates, to maintain momentum.
• Partner with the supply chain to expedite material, resolve shortages, and ensure continuity of supply.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure high satisfaction.
• Support activities related to government programs, ensuring compliance with contractual and quality requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery, efficiency, and program health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of program or project management experience in engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace environments.
• Proven ability to manage tight schedules, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results.
• Experience working cross-functionally and holding teams accountable to commitments.
• Familiarity with government contracts, compliance requirements, and quality standards (e.g., FAR/DFAR).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive alignment across internal and external teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong supply chain and sourcing background, including vendor management and expediting.
• PMP certification.
• MBA degree.
