Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own program success for strategic, cross-functional programs
• Design and implement scalable processes for planning, execution, and tracking
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and executive leadership
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and analytics for managed programs
• Build integrated program plans connecting interdependent workstreams
• Define program architecture at the system level including workstreams and validation strategy
• Identify bottlenecks and unblock teams through prioritization and problem-solving
• Translate technical complexity into clear artifacts for diverse audiences
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate work output and efficiency

Requirements

• 6-8+ years experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or portfolios
• Strong systems thinking and ability to synthesize ambiguity into plans
• Proven ability to influence without authority and negotiate tradeoffs
• High ownership and intrinsic motivation
• First-principles thinker capable of redesigning processes
• Tech savvy with strong AI utilization habits
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma
• Experience in a scientific, technical, or engineering environment
