Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables across internal and external teams
• Coordinate reporting, budgeting, and documentation in partnership with the Finance Manager
• Ensure timely invoicing and task completion by sub-award recipients
• Develop and maintain reporting and presentation templates in compliance with sponsor guidelines
• Organize and document meetings, events, and site visits
• Support the Principal Investigator with travel coordination and stakeholder engagement
• Facilitate communication between the university and sub-award partners to integrate deliverables

Requirements

• Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in program or project management
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple contractors under a single contract
• Strong technical writing and reporting skills
• Valid U.S. driver's license with a safe driving record
• Ability to travel overnight 3-5 times per year to sub-awardee sites

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in academic or research environments
• Familiarity with healthcare delivery environments, network engineering, cybersecurity, or medical devices
• Experience launching new projects or programs
