Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive program management across all subtask areas including oversight, financial reporting, and CDRL compliance
• Actively participate in government meetings, briefings, and progress reviews
• Provide real-time contract and financial information to the KO and COR
• Maintain a formal risk management and lessons learned program
• Deliver Monthly Financial Status Reports (MFSR) and manage a web-based Financial and Resource Management (FRM) Dashboard
• Perform administrative support functions including contract financial management, accounting, and precision scheduling
• Implement a formal process for reviewing and submitting all contract deliverables in support of the Quality Control Plan
• Track and ensure approval for all Other Direct Costs (ODCs)

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
• 10 years of experience managing IT contracts focused on software development and system administration
• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 12 years of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree in the same fields with 14 years of experience
• Ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager supporting Army Military Intelligence
• Desired certifications: CBA, ITIL, CGFM, CDFM, CCP, CMA, PMP, or CDP
