Program Manager, New Site

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic programs supporting company growth and operational priorities
• Support government relations activities with federal, state, and local agencies
• Manage community engagement initiatives and public outreach efforts
• Coordinate meetings, briefings, and site visits with regulators and industry partners
• Develop program schedules, action trackers, and executive briefings
• Partner with internal teams including Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Supply Chain
• Track permitting, regulatory, and external engagement activities
• Identify program risks and dependencies while driving resolution
• Help establish scalable program management processes and operating rhythms

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, operations, or government affairs
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, aerospace, or nuclear industries
• Experience working with government agencies or regulators
• PMP certification or equivalent program management experience
• Experience working in startup or high-growth operational environments
